Skincare From the Inside Out
I recently started reading a book called, "Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ," by Giula Enders. I'm just two chapters in, but it's already very interesting about all the connections between your gut and your brain, your skin and your overall health.
So when I ran across this blog today from, Michele Adams, Feed Your Skin From Within, it not only caught my attention because apple cider is the new health craze these days, but because instead of talking about it's topical uses, she focused on the benefits of drinking it because of how it impacted your gut health.
